GW Energy Limited (GWE)
We manufacture the ECO-MAX range of voltage optimisers which can significantly reduce your energy consumption and carbon foot print, easily and securely. These optimisers initially developed back in 2000, as a "one off" solution for the steel industry, have evolved over the years in to what is now the largest range of voltage optimisation equipment available in the UK today. A range that is designed and manufactured in house and that carries the prestigious “Made In Sheffield” mark of origin and quality. So what is voltage optimisation? Quite simply put, voltage optimisation is to reduce the supply voltage applied to a single piece of equipment or machinery, a lighting system, a specific area within a building or an entire building. If the reduction in supply voltage is carefully matched to the needs of the connected electrical equipment it is possible to make a substantial energy saving and extend the life expectancy of the connected equipment.
Being an engineering led manufacturer allows us to focus on the different types of electrical equipment you have in use in order to identify the most cost effective point to implement voltage optimisation. This may mean optimising a single piece of equipment or localised area, rather than the whole building or site which can be unnecessarily costly.
Because ECO-MAX optimisers are designed and manufactured specifically for their intended application they return exception levels of energy savings. In certain applications ECO-MAX reduces the energy consumption of the connected equipment by over 50%!
Rather than just offering the traditional approach to voltage optimisation, our unique approach and wide product offering allows us to deliver higher levels of energy saving for a lower capital cost, resulting in shorter payback periods for you.
