The Renewable Energy Office for Cornwall
The Renewable Energy Office for Cornwall (REOC) was set up as a public/private partnership limited company in 2000. Its primary aim was to encourage the development of a wide spectrum of Renewable Energy technologies in Cornwall, a county with an abundance of renewable energy potential due to its geographical position (wind, wave and tide) and its mining legacy (geothermal, deep mine workings and the Camborne School of Mines.).
